Delta Air Solutions is a family-owned air conditioning and refrigeration business based in Mackay, servicing the Whitsundays region. Built on over 20 years of hands-on experience, we deliver industrial, commercial and domestic HVAC with honest advice, reliable communication and quality workmanship.
Our Story
Delta Air Solutions was built on more than 20 years of hands-on experience, dedication, and a genuine passion for air conditioning and refrigeration.
Rob began his journey in London in 2004 as a tradesman's assistant, quickly proving himself through hard work and a strong interest in the trade. Recognising his potential, the company brought him into their training academy, where he qualified in 2007 — while working full-time.
Rob continued working as an air conditioning and refrigeration mechanic until 2012, when the move to Australia was made and Mackay became home. After settling in, Rob worked for a respected local family-owned business, where his experience and leadership saw him progress to Service Manager.
In 2024, we took the leap and started our own business — combining years of industry knowledge with a commitment to honest, reliable, high-quality service.

Life outside the tools
When we're not working, family comes first. You'll often find us on the sidelines at the kids' weekend sport, down at the beach, camping with friends, or enjoying a good feed at one of our local restaurants.
And keeping us company through it all are our three dachshunds — Frankie, Chilli and Tank — the unofficial (and very short-legged) Delta support crew.
